Classes run only when booked. To ensure the studio is open and staffed, please reserve your spot in advance. If no athletes are scheduled for a time slot, the studio may not be open at that time.

Youth Session

Ages 7–12

Days: Monday–Friday

Time: 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

Teen Session

Ages 13–16

Days: Monday–Friday

Time: 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

Adult Session

Ages 17 & Up

Days: Monday–Thursday

Time: 7:30 PM – 8:15 PM
